Voicing criticism without suggesting an alternative is annoying, but that does not make it wrong or useless. There are problems that have always existed and possibly always will, but whoever suffers from them still can, perhaps even must, shout and express his objection, because silence and collaboration mean enabling those things to destroy something much bigger than themselves, which they cannot harm without the active assistance of their victims — and that something is the truth.
